Welcome to my personal web page!. I am an energy scientist from Costa Rica with a passion for electric power systems. My work focuses on power systems simulation, microgrid design, and optimization under uncertainty with applications to electricity systems operation and quantitative energy policy. Currently I am employed at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory as a researcher working at the Grid Planning and Analysis Center (GPAC).
